Write to [email protected]. We are especially glad to hear two kinds of message: a correction, where you think a fact or a score is wrong and can point to a primary source; and a tip, where a provider has published a new audit, changed jurisdiction or ownership, or moved its pricing.
Corrections policy
If we have published an error, we want to fix it quickly and visibly. Tell us what is wrong and where you saw the correct information, and we will re-check it against the primary source. Because every figure on the site carries a read-date, a correction usually means re-dating and re-scoring the relevant pillar, which we are happy to do.
What we cannot help with
We are not any provider's support desk. If you have a billing question, a refund request or a connection problem, contact your VPN provider directly — they can see your account and we cannot. We also do not offer paid placement or sponsored reviews, so please do not ask.
